Sean Stansfield

A chance purchase on a surf trip to Morocco in the less than salubrious duty free lounge at Heathrow airport a handful of years ago first put a camera in my hands.

The gift of my Father’s 35mm camera led me to the joys of analogue photography progressing into medium and large formats. I now work principally in large format film photography, shooting, developing and printing myself.

My work focuses on the impact of people on the landscape, as well as portraiture.
